Hi all,
This journal is going to be a journal about becoming fit and healthy and beautiful as me and anybody else is supposed to be in this world.
After being always overweight starting age 7 and gaining last 15 kg (33 pounds) during last 4 years with pregnancy, after pregnancy and other wonderful things in my life, I decided that I want to become fit and healthy. What does that mean? My today's weight is 196 pounds(89 kg) when my target healthy weight is 137 pounds (62 kg) that is upper healthy weight for my height and age. I want to do it by natural way through proper healthy diet and exercising.
Yesterday, June 20th, was my birthday and I decided to give myself the next declaration as a birthday gift:
I, Naomi Inna Chen, hereby declare that I take on the mission of loosing 40 pounds in the next 8 months. To accomplish this mission I would use healthy diet and exercising, this journal, and http://www.exfatslob.com that inspired me. And all your support.
